While a straight Euro nymphing presentation can pay its dividends, sometimes you need to incorporate other techniques to maximize a days success on the water. One of the most powerful and effective elements in European Style nymphing is the leader. With simple changes you can go from tight-line, to dry dropper, or mix it up and fish streamers. In the above video I demonstrate a simple way to switch back and forth between suspension (indicator) nymphing and tight-line techniques.
